Everything was perfect - super central location and excellent service. Very good breakfast to start the day with fresh baked pastries and breathtaking view, as example. Location so close to the monument, castle and church on the hill, harbour and town centre and the great square and waterfront and downtown. For tea or coffee visit Eppinger Centrale nearby: )

The location was amazing, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations. The apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was trustworthy and gave us all the information we needed for a fantastic stay. a perfect place to stay and explore the city.

Fantastic location (close to the train/bus stations) and a short walk to the heart of things. Shopping, supermarkets, and bakery just downstairs. The owner/hostess lives in the building so she is nearby if you need anything (and she is lovely). Apartment was VERY clean and hostess left us a few groceries to get us started which was very much appreciated after travelling all day with two small kids.
Only 1 partially used roll of toilet paper was left for us (4 people for 4 nights) so we had to run out to buy some right away. Hostess/owner told us to tell her if we needed anything but it was just easier to pick some up ourselves. We didn't want to bother her!

The location is excellent, ten minutes from main sights. The apartment is big, clean and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. The owner, Alessandra, was very helpful indeed and altogether I had a very pleasant stay. Recommendable for another stay in Trieste and good value for money!!
The place needs to be refurbished to make it a little more modern and air-conditioning would be an advantage.

I spent one night in Trieste and had a lovely experience. The check-in was fast, and the staff was absolutely friendly. I got a big room with comfortable beds as expected, and I loved it. The location was marvelous and brilliant for walking around a public square. Actually, everything was good. This will be my next choice again in Trieste.

Excellent value for money, comfortable and spacious rooms, perfect location near the center. The staff at Residence Sole were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The only improvement needed is the breakfast option. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the stay.
